Just a tip:
When I was 11-13 I drew Anime too, It didn't work out very well, You should try to grasp your own style if you want to persue art. I borrowed someone else's style and it turned out magnificent. You should find a couple styles you like and meld 'em if it helps you but Anime isnt typically a very good artform to be in.
